By placing an order through Bucahamsters.com you are agreeing to the return and refund policy below. The return and refund policy are applicable to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Germany, France, Japan.
Return of Defective & Non-Defective Items Accepted
Defective Items:
Physical Damage: Items that arrive damaged or have defects that severely affect their use.
Incorrect or Missing Features:
Items that differ significantly from what was described or are missing promised features.
Non-defective Items
Non-defective items refer to products that are in perfect working condition.
Return Window
We offer free 7 business-days returns, which means you have 7 business-days after receiving your order to request a return.
Return Prerequisites
Bucahamsters.com accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, provided the following 3 conditions are met:
1. All return items must be returned within 7 business-days of receipt.
2. We only accept returns of items in new condition (no wear, dirt, scratches, or any signs of use).
3. All return items must be in their original condition and packaging, as you received them. All accessories and gifts must be included in the return.
Non Refundable Situations
1. Used Items: Items with clear signs of use, wear, stains, or scratches are not eligible for return.
2. Missing Original Packaging or Accessories: Returns cannot be accepted if the original packaging, accessories, instructions, or gifts are missing.
3. Expired Return Window: Items returned after the 7 business-days return period will not be accepted.
4. Items marked as Final Sale, gift cards, and items damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return. (For Final Sale items, we will clearly indicate this on the product listing, so you can review it before placing your order.)
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment (typically, we ship orders within 3 business days). Please contact us as soon as possible at info@bucahamsters.com. Once the item has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
Return Process
1. Please email us at info@bucahamsters.com, including the reason for your return. If the item is defective, kindly attach clear photos of the damage.
2. Once your return request is approved, Bucahamsters will provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using the provided return label.
4. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Who Pay Return Shipping Costs and Duties?
For defective or incorrect items, Bucahamsters will cover the return shipping costs and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
If the item is non-defective and the return is due to a change of mind, dissatisfaction with the product, or dissatisfaction caused by delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable import duties.
Exchange
If the order has not yet been shipped, we can process the exchange directly.
If the order has already been shipped, the exchange will be treated as a return. You will return the original item, and a new order will be placed for the replacement.
Please note, if the exchange is not due to a defect or an error on our part, the customer will be responsible for return shipping and any applicable duties.
Refund Processing
Your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 2 business days once we inspected and approved your returned items, and you will receive a notification email once the refund has been initiated.
Typically, it may take up to 2 business days for the refund to appear in your PayPal account after processing.
