Change Shipping Address
Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the shipping address. However, if you need to request a change, please reach out to us as soon as possible via email at info@bucahamsters.com or by phone, including your name and order number. We will do our best to assist you with the address update before the shipment is processed.
Shipping Delays and Delivery Issues
Once your order is handed over to the carrier, the delivery time will be determined by the third-party logistics provider. Bucahamsters is not responsible for any delivery delays, as transit times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as customs clearance, local courier services, weather conditions, or unexpected events. We appreciate your understanding.
VAT and Duties
In bucahamsters.com, all applicable taxes, duties, and import fees are included in the final price of the product. No additional VAT or duties will be required at the time of purchase.
However, in some rare cases, based on your country's regulations, you may be subject to additional local taxes (such as VAT) or fees upon customs clearance. These charges are beyond our control.
